NCP-backed VMG Health completed the acquisition of CRA from DoctorsManagement.

NCP-backed VMG Health, a healthcare strategy and transaction advisory services provider, completed the acquisition of CRA, a software-based auditing and predictive analytics tool, from DoctorsManagement, a medical practice consulting firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are excited to have Frank, Scott, and the CRA team join VMG Health. Addressing recoupments is both costly and time-consuming.
