Adelis Equity Partners-backed Aderian completed the acquisition of Contribit.

Adelis Equity Partners-backed Aderian, a provider of IT services to small- and mid-sized customers, completed the acquisition of Contribit, an IT services company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Through this acquisition, we gain an additional competent partner that complements us and allows us to strengthen our presence and growth in the Stockholm region. I see great opportunities within Contribit for us to broaden our expertise and offering to both our existing and Contribit customers, and it will be nice to get to know both employees and new customers to see together how we can add and deepen more value to each other as we already have established collaborations in place," Artur Viira, Aderian Stockholm CEO. ‍
