Verdantas, an environmental consulting group, completed the acquisition of Flatwoods Consulting Group, a natural resource consulting firm specializing in environmental regulatory. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The addition of Flatwoods perfectly aligns with Verdantas' overarching strategy to establish regional Natural Resource and Environmental Planning hubs, but also represents a strong cultural fit," Jesse Kropelnicki, Verdantas CEO.
