Aya Healthcare to acquire ID Medical.

Aya Healthcare, a healthcare talent software and staffing company, agreed to acquire ID Medical, a healthcare staffing company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are excited about ID Medical joining the Aya family of brands.
