VGO Capital, a specialist private equity asset management firm, completed the acquisition of a minority stake in Manolo Bakes, a coffee bakery chain. Financial terms were not disclosed. Manolo Bakes has entered its next growth phase and launched a process to replace some of the initial shareholders and raise capital to support its expansion plan.
