Gallagher Re completed the acquisition of MGB Re.

Gallagher Re, Arthur J. Gallagher & Co.’s reinsurance division, completed the acquisition of MGB Re, a provider of reinsurance solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. "MGB's strong client relationships and expertise will accelerate the growth of our medical reinsurance business and broaden our service offerings.
