HIG Capital completed the acquisition of Patriot Pickle from Swander Pace Capital.

HIG Capital, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Patriot Pickle, a manufacturer and distributor of fresh pickles and other fermented foods, from Swander Pace Capital, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Patriot Pickle’s impressive platform has grown significantly over the years by delivering on its commitment to the highest quality pickles and best-in-class service.
