H.I.G. Capital completed the acquisition of Patriot Pickle from Swander Pace Capital.

H.I.G. Capital, a global alternative investment firm, completed the acquisition of Patriot Pickle, a manufacturer and distributor of refrigerated pickles, from Swander Pace Capital, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Managing the complexity and intensity of rapidly growing businesses is hard work but partnering with Swander Pace Capital made this process easier, and we had fun along the way.
