Bruin Capital to acquire a minority stake in Box to Box Films for £30m.

Bruin Capital, an investment and operating company, agreed to acquire a minority stake in Box to Box Films, a multi-platform media company specialising in high-end sports content, for £30m. The production company is most well known for its “Drive to Survive” series of documentaries on the streaming service Netflix, centered around the Formula 1 motor racing series and its teams.
