Natixis Investment Managers, an investment firm, completed the acquisition of a 51% stake in Goya wind project from Engie, a multinational electric utility company that operates in the fields of energy transition, electricity generation and distribution, natural gas, nuclear, renewable energy and petroleum. Financial terms were not disclosed.
