Ambienta, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Frigoveneta, a refrigeration services provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This represents our first investment in HVAC+R,a sector clearly shaped bysustainability drivers and one in which Ambienta hasbuilt significant knowledge over the past years.
