IK Partners-backed IG&H, a Netherlands-based consulting and technology company, completed the acquisition of i2i, a specialist data-analysis organisation in the field of healthcare effectiveness. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This acquisition will allow i2i to further develop its services and increase its impact. IG&H and i2i share the same vision for healthcare in the Netherlands, which is to keep it affordable and accessible.
