Teccle Group, a company that unites regional systems houses and specialist managed services and cloud providers under one roof, completed the acquisition of Telenova, a managed services provider and IT consultant in the Munich metropolitan region for mid-sized companies. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are delighted to have gained a leading expert for communication and UCC solutions.
