Teccle Group completed the acquisition of Telenova.

Teccle Group, a company that unites regional systems houses and specialist managed services and cloud providers under one roof, completed the acquisition of Telenova, a managed services provider and IT consultant in the Munich metropolitan region for mid-sized companies. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are delighted to have gained a leading expert for communication and UCC solutions. Expanding our expertise in this area has been a key strategic goal for us, which is why we’re so delighted that telenova were willing to come on board,” Klaus Kaiser, Teccle Group Co-Founder and CEO.
