Arthur J. Gallagher & Co, an American global insurance brokerage and risk management services firm, completed the acquisition of The Rowley Agency, a retail insurance broker. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The Rowley Agency's expertise in niches including construction, manufacturing and healthcare enhances our existing capabilities as we continue to expand our presence in New England," J. Patrick Gallagher, Jr., Chairman and CEO.
