Xenon Private Equity completed the acquisition of Kettydo.

Xenon Private Equity, a private equity fund, completed the acquisition of Kettydo, a consulting firm specializing in digital marketing, customer engagement and loyalty programs. Financial terms were not disclosed. Kettydo, along with other companies in the Martech sector acquired by Xenon Fund, will merge into the Advanced Intelligence Generation company, a holding company dedicated to generating value for businesses through the use of artificial intelligence.
