APRIL Group completed the acquisition of Lexham Insurance.

APRIL Group, a wholesale insurance broker in France and Europe, completed the acquisition of Lexham Insurance, a specialist insurance broker. Financial terms were not disclosed. “APRIL has been present in the UK market since 2012 through its London-based expatriate insurance business. The group is now confirming its ambitions for international development, particularly in the property and casualty and two-wheeler insurance markets, where we already have strong expertise in France and Spain,” Eric Maumy, APRIL Group CEO.
