Arsenal Capital Partners-backed Headwall Photonics, a company specializing in spectral imaging solutions for remote sensing and industrial machine vision, completed the acquisition of inno-spec, a manufacturer of industrial hyperspectral imaging systems used in high-volume recycling, industrial sorting, and quality testing.
