Instant Group, a digital marketplace for flexible workspace listing meeting rooms, virtual offices, flexible office space, and coworking memberships, completed the acquisition of OfficeSpace.com, an online commercial real estate marketplace that connects tenants and buyers with brokers, from Biproxi, an online platform for middle-market commercial real estate sales and leasing. Financial terms were not disclosed. “OfficeSpace.com is part of our strategy to deepen our offer to meet the needs of our three customers: occupier clients, owner landlords and the operators of flexible space.
