Excent Tandtechniek to acquire Ortholab.

Excent Tandtechniek, a group consisting of 28 medium and large-sized dental laboratories, agreed to acquire Ortholab, a group of orthodontic laboratories. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are delighted with the addition of Ortholab's laboratories.
