Arlington-backed Pegasus completed the acquisition of Metal Trades and Merrill Technologies Group.

Arlington-backed Pegasus, a defense manufacturing specializing in the manufacture of complex steel fabrications, completed the acquisition of Metal Trades, a provider of large-scale metal fabrication and ship repair services to the Navy, Army, and commercial customers, and Merrill Technologies Group, a provider of contract manufacturing services to the defense, aerospace, heavy equipment, automation, energy and transportation markets. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Keel is becoming the leading Tier 1 provider of large, fabricated structures to its OEM customers that serve the critical needs of the Navy, Army, Air Force, and DoD.
