Sodexo to acquire contract catering businesses in China from Compass Group for CNY212m.

Sodexo, a French food services and facilities management company, agreed to acquire contract catering businesses in China from Compass Group, a British multinational contract foodservice company, for CNY212m. "This agreement is a strategic move for Sodexo to enhance its footprint in Food Services in Mainland China, reinforcing Sodexo’s strong and continuing commitment to the China market," Sodexo.
