BOMAG, a compaction technology company, completed the acquisition of a 76% stake in Maquinter, a distributor of machinery used in construction, public works, and mining. Financial terms were not disclosed. With this operation, the multinational, which has a workforce of more than 2,5k employees and operates on all 6 continents, becomes the sole shareholder of Maquinter, thus reinforcing its commitment to Spain.
