Airbus, a European multinational aerospace corporation, completed the acquisition of the remaining 50% stake in its joint venture with OneWeb from Eutelsat, a French satellite operator. Financial terms were not disclosed. The agreement reflects Eutelsat Group’s ongoing management of its assets with a view to optimizing and monetizing its portfolio as part of its debt reduction efforts.
