Rameder and Autoteile completed the acquisition of Enganches y Remolques Aragón.

Rameder, a supplier for towbars and car transport solutions, and Autoteile, a manufacture of tow bars for all type of vehicles, completed the acquisition of Enganches y Remolques Aragón, a provider of transport solutions on the vehicle's tow ball: towbars, wiring kits, TowBox luggage racks, bike racks, motorbike carriers and ski racks. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Our investment in the Southern European market leader is an important strategic step in the expansion of our European footprint.
