Cobepa to acquire a minority stake in SmartSD from Smile Invest.

Cobepa, a private equity company, agreed to acquire a minority stake in SmartSD, a distributor of security solutions, from Smile Invest, an evergreen investment firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are thrilled to support SmartSD which puts digital technology, vendor value creation and superior customer experience at its core.
