Union Square Ventures and Steel Atlas, two venture capital firms, led a Series A2 round in Transmutex, a nuclear engineering company, for $23m, with participation from At One Ventures, HCVC, AlleyCorp, House Of Ventures, Presight Capital, Verve Ventures, FONGIT and Tiny Supercomputer Investment.
