Technical Safety Services completed the acquisition of Clean Air Technologies.

Technical Safety Services, a compliance, calibration and certification service provider, completed the acquisition of Clean Air Technologies, a provider of controlled environment validation, testing and calibration services required in high-performance, regulated pharmaceutical and life science settings. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition will provide Clean Air Technologies with access to a global client base and enhanced services as it continues to deliver for clients in the UK and Europe.
