Cegid to acquire Exalog.

Cegid, a cloud-based management solutions provider, agreed to acquire Exalog, a payment and cash management software company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Joining Cegid is an exceptional opportunity for Exalog to benefit from the power and visibility of a leader in cloud-based management solutions for financial departments.
