Qualitas Energy completed the acquisition of Heelstone Renewable Energy from Ares Management.

Qualitas Energy, a global investment and management platform, completed the acquisition of Heelstone Renewable Energy, a US utility-scale renewable energy platform, from Ares Management, a global alternative investment manager. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This acquisition aligns perfectly with Qualitas Energy’s long-term goals, accelerating the development of renewable energy projects in the United States.
