Prospect Hill Growth Partners-backed KeyImpact Sales & Systems, a sales and marketing agency to the foodservice industry, completed the acquisition of a collection of foodservice businesses from Advantage Solutions, a provider of sales and marketing services to consumer goods manufacturers and retailers, for $100m. “Acxion is the perfect partner for our food service companies, and the combination of the businesses will create a player with the capabilities and breadth to offer industry-leading services.
