Norvestor and Kirk Kapital-backed Globeteam, a Danish consultancy firm, completed the acquisition of Fifteen, a Norwegian IT consultancy. Financial terms were not disclosed. “With this acquisition and name change, Globeteam now has a platform in the Norwegian market. We have a team of 15 senior consultants and a dedicated leader, Fred Arne Bakken. The team is made up of highly skilled consultants within infrastructure, cloud solutions, IT security, and project management. It is a strong team that fits like a glove, both in terms of our business areas and our competencies in Globeteam within Denmark,” Claus Moldow, Globeteam CEO.
