Senko Group completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Simon Transport.

Senko Group, an integrated logistics company, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Simon Transport, a in land and rail transportation as well as warehousing business in Australia. Financial terms were not disclosed. With Simon National Carriers becoming a member, the SENKO Group is focusing on further expanding business by leveraging the know-how and networking capabilities that Simon National Carriers possesses with heavy and specialized cargo transportation. The SENKO Group will also be looking to secure new customers, not only in Australia but on a global scale, by harnessing its forwarding know-how.
