NOBULL, an athletics company based in Boston, Massachusetts that makes sportswear, completed the merger with TB12 and Brady Brand, wellness and apparel companies. Financial terms were not disclosed. “It was kind of a no-brainer for me. When I retired from playing, I had much more intention to focus on the business things I had going on, and this merger was step number one,” Tom Brady, TB12 and Brady Brand Owner.
