Kainos Capital-backed Evriholder Products, a designer, developer, and manufacturer of houseware products, completed the acquisition of Base4, a designer and distributor of impulse buy retail products. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This acquisition is very exciting for Evriholder and will help propel us into our next chapter of growth. Not only does BASE4 have a complementary customer base in the drug, dollar, beauty and mass merchant channels, but its attractive product assortment is one that we can cross merchandise to our customers as well,” Ivan Stein, Evriholder CEO.
