Trigea, an investment company, completed the acquisition of City Logistics Wrocław II from Panattoni, an international real estate developer. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Following the acquisition of the Panattoni park in Gdynia, Wrocław was the next logical step in expanding our presence in city logistics. We strongly believe that this type of asset will help to create significant value for our shareholders in a long run," Tomáš Trčka, Trigea Chairman.
