ITED, a provider of IT services and solutions, completed the acquisition of Edologic, a Canadian consulting firm specializing in digital transformation and optimization. Financial terms were not disclosed. This operation will enable ITED to strengthen its position as a major player in information technology and consulting services in Canada. As for Edologic, the business, commercial and geographical synergies offered by the company represent a genuine development opportunity.
