Everfield, a private equity that acquires specialized B2B software companies across Europe, completed the acquisition of FENZ-Software, an inventory management software for care, catering, system catering, clinics and production companies. Financial terms were not disclosed. “With its highly specialized software, FENZ is among the leading providers of foodservice solutions in the DACH region.
