Hadron Specialty completed the acquisition of Folgate Insurance.

Hadron Specialty, an insurance services group, completed the acquisition of Folgate Insurance, an insurance brokerage firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Folgate was established in 1887 and has continuously stood out as a well-run and capitalized insurance entity.
