Modern Aviation completed the acquisition of Puerto Rico FBO from Benitez Aviation.

Modern Aviation, a network of premium FBO properties, completed the acquisition of Puerto Rico FBO, a company dedicated to providing exclusive concierge services, from Benitez Aviation, an aircraft management company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are excited to continue growing our presence in San Juan and our investment at TJIG where we have several exciting development projects underway.
