Planzer, a transport services company, completed the acquisition of Quickmail, a company that distributes addressed mailings, and Quickpac, a parcel delivery service, from Verium, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “I consider the fact that private alternatives to state solutions exist and are being further strengthened in both markets to be a real added value for the Swiss economy and competition,” Nils Planzer, Planzer CEO and VRP.
