Imperial Dade to acquire Superior SANY Solutions From GDI Integrated Facility Services.

Imperial Dade, a distributor of foodservice packaging, printing papers and janitorial supplies, agreed to acquire Superior SANY Solutions, a manufacturer of warehousing and cleaning products, From GDI Integrated Facility Services, a provider of facility services & solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Superior’s reputation in the industry and exceptional customer service make it a great addition to the Imperial Dade platform.
