Wurth Electrical Wholesale Group completed the acquisition of a majority stake in TIM for PLN 1.09bn.

Wurth Electrical Wholesale Group, an electrical wholesale business unit, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in TIM, a B2B e-commerce platform, for PLN 1.09bn. “The year 2021 marked a turning point in our development when we were able to expand our position in Poland with the acquisition of Kaczmarek Elektric S.A. and lay the foundation for W.EG Polska in its current structure.
