Elanders to acquire a majority stake in Bishopsgate for £42m.

Elanders, a Swedish publicly listed company that offers global supply chain management solutions, agreed to acquire a majority stake in Bishopsgate, a company that provides specialist transportation, installation and configuration of medical devices, office printers, data centres, parcel lockers and charging stations for electric vehicles, for £42m. The acquisition is line with Elanders’ strategy to invest in and grow in Life Cycle Management services and to increase its share of value-added services to customers operating in Electronics and Healthcare & Life Science.
