H&MV Engineering completed the acquisition of Skanstec.

H&MV Engineering, a specialist in high voltage (HV) electrical engineering, completed the acquisition of Skanstec, a European specialist engineering company focused on delivering key infrastructure projects in the energy and telecommunications sector. Financial terms were not disclosed.
