SEC Newgate to acquire a 70% stake in V+O Group.

SEC Newgate, the 21st ranked communications group in the world, agreed to acquire a 70% stake in V+O Group, one of the largest independent and integrated agencies in the EMEA region. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are looking forward to starting to work together and laying a solid foundation for expansion in this region,” commented Sebastian Hejnowski, SEC Newgate Eastern EMEA Region Head.
