Sparkfood completed the acquisition of 89.1% stake in BCF Life Sciences from MBO+ for €160.5m.

Sparkfood, a Sonae Group subsidiary, completed the acquisition of 89.1% stake in BCF Life Sciences, a producer of natural amino acids, from MBO+, a private equity firm, for €160.5m. “Our time with MBO+ from 2018 to 2023 was a great phase for our company.
