Acerinox completed the acquisition of Haynes International for $970m.

Acerinox, a global company in the manufacturing and distribution of stainless steel and high-performance alloys, completed the acquisition of Haynes International, a developer, manufacturer, and marketer of technologically advanced high-performance alloys, for $970m. “We are thrilled to officially welcome Haynes.
