CK Hutchinson-backed Wind Tre, an Italian telecommunications company, agreed to acquire OpNet, an Italian telecommunications company, from Jefferies, an American multinational independent investment bank and financial services company, for €485m. "The acquisition is part of OpNet’s strategy to enhance its assets and the dynamic business model that distinguishes it," OpNet.
