Inovalon to acquire VigiLanz.

Inovalon, a technology company combining data analytics and targeted interventions to achieve meaningful impact across the healthcare landscape, agreed to acquire VigiLanz, a provider of SaaS-based clinical surveillance and patient safety technology.
