Flacks Group-backed PLEUGER completed the acquisition of AVI International.

Flacks Group-backed PLEUGER, a German manufacturer of submersible pumps, thrusters, and plunger pumps, completed the acquisition of AVI International, a Connecticut-based specialist in the upgrade, repair, and service of rotating equipment.
